Aria graduated ISR classes too!

Aria took 5 weeks but nailed it. She now floats very well even when flipped upside down or sideways. She's not happy doing this kind of survival training but, she's much safer if ever she falls into water unsupervised. Hopefully this will never happen but, if it does, she's got the skills to FLOAT instead of SINK/ DROWN.

Yes, her pants are not buttoned b/c i put six month pants on her. oops! ISR requires a few days of practice with clothes on b/c most accidents happen when kids are fully dressed. The baby/ kid needs to feel the weight difference of being in water with all that extra weight on.
We are so proud of her and she's our Tiny Floater Girl now!

Aria's ONE and still so much FUN!

Aria had her birthday on July 24th and it was great. I have whole post typed up but, not enough time to finish it but, it will come soon. for now just enjoy her pics ( a few of them).the NEW CUPCAKE PAN from Wilton. 
Betty iced the cake for me b/c i was pressed for time. Didn't she do great?
We used pastry pride for the icing so, it wasn't greasy and mike 'n' ike for the sprinkles
she screamed when i took it away but, i left her a small piece. 

this morning

Brielle sees Brandon with his shirt off as she's walking down the stairs and says excitedly" I have boobies. Do you have boobies too dada?" He said no and we explained how men have a CHEST.

Brielle said " okay" and proceeded to count how many she had. She exclaimed that she had two and counted hers again and daddy's and says" Mommy has big ones and you and me have little ones" i asked her if Aria had any and she said no but Myla ( our pug) had lots and lots and she licks them and her bum too." 

I don't know how much skin we will be showing around our 2.5 yr old anymore. She's really observant with many things like when we spell N-A-P or B-E-D. Brielle will say" i don't want an N-A-P, i'm not tired but, Aria can take mine." 

She's just growing up too fast and she's saying such funny things!

Our ISR Graduate!

Brielle graduated from her ISR swim/survival class this last week and she finished her training at 4 weeks. the average toddler+ takes usually 5-6 weeks sometimes 7 so, this means... Brielle is a little MERMAID! Yep, I asked her and she's not a fish, she a mermaid! She tested a few days swimming fully clothed and with that extra weight she still did great. We are so proud of her and she's so much fun to swim with now!


Frankie was a great teacher and we are lucky to have her teach Aria for one more week. She's also a mother of 4 boys. That deserves an award by itself. More on ISR as Aria finishes her last week this week.

If you have no idea what i'm talking about, RescuePro recovers your lost, deleted info, photos, videos and so much more. So, thanks to that program( google it if you want it) i get to start posting on our vacation to SD. (thanks Jan!)

Here's the first installment of LEGOLAND Pictures. Brielle loved it and every ride she would say" Let's go on it again, mommy!" Waiting in lines was a bit odd to her but, she got the hang of it and was such fun! It was fun to go with my Dad, Mary and niece Riley too. We loved it for the little ones!

6 Great Years!

Yep! We've reached that milestone already! It's been 6 wonderful years full of so many great times together. I am so grateful I got to marry my best friend and that we are still so much in love. Brandon is the best father, husband, friend, and so much more to me and our family. He's always seeking to be better and do better for himself and the welfare of his family. I love who he is and who he has yet to become. I know he feels the same way about me too.

We we're sealed on July 5th 2002 in the San Diego Temple. It was wonderful and just as i pictured it would be. 

We love going on dates and I just can't get enough of this hot man!
We also love Colorado and hope to be living there sometime in the near future.

For our anniversary Brandon took the girls over to his mom's home while i went and got a needed pedicure and manicure. Then we went looking for new cabinetry for our kitchen and to the BEAD store for a few necessary items for my store. We went and grabbed a bit and then saw GET SMART(totally worth it, so Funny!) and Brandon bought me a special NEW diamond ring. He was going to do it last year but, we had Aria on the way and it wasn't a priority then. So, He splurged and got me 2.88 carats of loveliness. Thank you HONEY! I'd love you even without a ring! (my fingers aren't pretty so, i just put it on cloth instead and the ring box was so contrasty)

Hey friends, 

I have yet another BLOG. Yeah, i know, I'm sick or something. JK!

I actually set it up for business purposes as my boutique items are starting to get some more attention and i keep getting custom orders that I like to showcase as well as what's upcoming on my Etsy store or what will be sold in local boutiques. It's a place where I can unload the crafty side of me in one particular spot. If you did'nt already figure this out. I've been keeping my family blog just that- my family blog- not the mom or craft blog. So, now you have 3 choices of what to view! Love to you all!

Aria's First Hair Cut!

HUGE BUMMER!

So, the other day, i had a gal up in my craft room that was purchasing some cute items for her baby and Brielle was sitting at the computer pushing buttons ( me not paying attention). When I did finally realize what she was doing, she got down and went off to play in her room.

Now, tonight, when i went to edit my pics from San Diego and some ones that i took of a friends baby, i pulled up the card info on the comp. and it said that the CARD  was blank.

I tried redoing it 4 times and then stuck it in my camera and tried to check the images and the heart stopping words FILE CONTAINS NO IMAGES is all I see.

Brielle must have erased on the contents when she was playing. I AM SOOO BUMMED! I had so many cute pics. If anyone knows how to get them back. please let me know.
