Today we were married- 8 years ago!

I am the luckiest woman ever!

I am so happy He's Mine and I'm His. With all our flaws, we are so perfect for each other. The only thing that could bring us more joy is being blessed with another child:)

a rundown:
I have a tiny fracture in one finger
a cyst the size of a racquetball (not Cancer)that will be removed here shortly (early july)
and we are still hoping to adopt!

we're here and swimming

in a sea of boxes still. Yes, we have our beds up and stuff but nothing on the walls, practically nothing in the right spot and so on and so forth. So, i sucked it up- went to HD and got some shelving and in the morning i will finish organizing the girls room and our waist deep boxes in the office (which B and i now share)!

I have to say though... I LOVE IT HERE in COLORADO! I have barely made any friends yet but, am not worried b/c I HAVE PROJECTS TO FINISH. Like sewing curtains and dresses, painting the girls vintage wood armoire, dresser and night stands! Hanging pictures, setting up home, working out and editing about 5 peoples pictures!

Today was EPIC though! It snowed last night and we woke up to 1.5 inches of a winter wonderland. The girls couldn't wait to get their coats and boots on and ate it up, since Vegas had little to offer in the way of frosty white stuff. Brielle insisted she use the snow to cool down her hot cocoa too!

We also put our OFFICIAL ADOPTION PAPERS in! YEP, we did it! To answer some ?'s:
Yes, will will always try to get pregnant as well but as you all know, The Odds have never been in my favor with that (call me for more details if you wish) and NO we aren't Putting in for a BOY!

We want whatever the Lord sees fit for us to have. No preference. In Fact we can honestly say that we would love another girl or a boy!
If i had my hand in it i would have boy /girl twins. Or get pregnant a year after we adopt (here's hoping with my crappy ovaries:) I don't want our kids spaced too far apart. They need siblings to grow up and play with and we want a bigger family, if God sees fit to give us our wishes.

News... we are moving in a few weeks- got a house today! It's cool and about 1.3 miles away from the Temple! And not too far from Aurora's Fam. Services Offices where I will be kicking it a lot with the new FSA fam! So excited for our adventure!

A little Detour in our Quest For Colorado

So, Things are looking like we could be in Henderson for a few more months. Things are really up in the air the next few weeks but, It's generally looking like we will be waiting for the CO licensing process after B finishes his RE test- that can take 4 weeks or longer. Then he will do his mortgage school during those 4 weeks and then take that test and wait for that licensing process to come through- who knows, we could move in June at this rate. Pretty much everything is unknown for sure so, CO peeps, You'll just have to wait a little longer for the awesomeness you call the Christian Family!

Disney On Ice

This show was awesome and the girls loved it! Brandon and i loved watching their reactions to all the neat effects and Brielle and Aria especially loved Tinkerbell and all her fairy friends!


I realized that i don't think the girls have ever seen Lion King!
The cars were real but were equipped with softer wheels and no rear suspension. It made them easier to slide on the ice. It was cool!

Brielle's Part-tay!!!

Her party was so fun but a bit crazy. i about lost it there for a bit when all the kids started ran-sacking her presents.I was trying to just at least get a few pics of her and a bit of recording done so, she could remember when she was four forever.








The kids blew out her candles before she could even get to them so, we had to re-light them for her! It's kind of humorous now!






The bouncy castle was a success and resulted in only 2 injuries. one being Aria's noggin! The man who set it up said that ths was the first time he has ever seen the 13 x 13 ft. castle ever fit IN someone's home.


Most people i guess underestimate it's size but, man, we pushed around the 800 lbs piano and moved the furniture before he came so, he could just blow it on up. Brielle liked controlling the house and turning the blower off when she felt like it. Not really a good idea. Luckily, she didn't do it with kids in it!



There were about 40 peeps there and it was fun but, NEXT TIME... I will throw it at the Bounce U or Pump it Up or have it in a Backyard ( for Aria's B-day) for sure. It was so big, it just kinda felt cramped but after all the friends were gone and the ice cream was all melted, I whisked the girls off to bed and brushed their teeth and tucked them in and Brielle said


" Mom, this was the Best Birthday Party ever. I love you!"
It was all worth it!






It was so nice to have Brielle's Birth-mom come for a bit too! She is expecting a boy in a few weeks! We are excited for her and nervous- birth is crazy sometimes!

Man, I just can't believe 4 years have gone by sooooo fast!

I am in the process of CLEARING OFF MY PLATE right now! Yep, I am winding down my Boutique clients and passing them off to other ladies, getting geared up to move in 3 MONTHS to Colorado ( douglas county) and we are LOOKING TO ADOPT AGAIN! I know, like what horrible timing!

So, this is a pic of the girls Christmas Eve Night at the 'rents in Fallon! I lost a few of those pics from that night but i have some others of Christmas morning later! I know, you are reading this and thinking" later?, riggghhhhttt!!" I know, stop all the yelling. :)

We Know that God has a Nutty plan for how our Children are going to come into our family. We have Faith that people will help this come about by opening mouths and when someone is saying something about a niece or cousin or friend who is looking to place a baby, you will remember that we are looking too! We are putting it in the Lord's Hands! We will be officially putting our papers in when we move to CO! But, i have just been feeling that we needed to get the word out right now and i needed to start making some space in my life for another baby! I have no idea why all this urgency and the timing of it all. I KNOW- it's crazy! I get it already! Love to you and all your families!

what a great

Thanksgiving we had. We had Todd and Di and Glen and the Christian Gang over and we played games and had good food and relaxed and so on. The day before we took pics of the girls ( and a few of us) at the Wetlands park and after I'm done editing all my client photos, you will see more. For now, here's the headlining twosome. Brielle had the Chicken pox the week before Thanksgiving week and now Aria has them. So, i will be at home, editing, sewing decorating and such for the next 4-5 days. So, if you plan on coming by leave your little ones at home. So sad but at least they will be done with them and NOT have to get the shot b/c now they are immune anyways! Luckily too Aria's is milder than B's was.

Anywho, More to come and hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!

Re-hash: Lahontan Lake

Playing at the Lake was so much fun! Uncle Todd was such a hit with the kiddos! He's going to be such a great dad in the future!

My water girls did so great this summer. ISR lessons paid off well!

Re-Hash: Owen became a BIG brother

so, after the day at Tahoe- Tirza had CHASE and we got to see him before we went off to UT. Tirza had a great birth and Chase was such a good sized, healthy , cute boy! Here's Chase at the LAKE before his grand arrival( this is Lahontan not Tahoe)

and totally tired from so many visitors! It was a great way to end our NV trip!
