Good to go!

So, we determined Aria just had a stomach bug. In the process i learned a lot about stomach issues and viruses. I read up on Rotovirus, Makes me even more of a fanatic about washing hands and sanitizers! YUCK! Luckily, it wasn't that. She's all good now.

Aria seems to be growing up before our eyes. She's turning two in July! Yep, already! I'll have 2 and a 3 year old.

Brielle just took her 1 week refresher course with Miss Frankie, Her ISR swim instructor. She did great, she's a fish. I love it! She walks around and tells people" Guess what? I am going to swim with Miss Frankie today" Or I can swim really really good, you wanna come watch me?"
It's too cute.

The girls jump on the trampoline about 2 times a day and they love to play with eachother so much. I'm so glad Heavenly Father gave them to us and to eachother!

This week, we did swim lessons, the workout routine, Talmage's B-day party( oh so fun) and had lots of people over as well. I folded mounds of laundry, did loads of dishes and tomorrow, I'm cleaning my floors and the girls rooms. Deep clean style! Finally putting the late spring/winter clothes away. I might need another plastic storage bin!

On My Mind:
Will the recession ever end?
Am I pregnant? Do i want to be right now? Probably not till May or June, really!
When will i get to see all my cousins again? My sister and her boys?
Still hoping for my cousins and the adoption's in the future for them. My ears are peeled. I have knowledge of 2 girls who are deciding what to do. I'm praying for you, Cousins!
What's Brandon's new business going to be like?
Our 7 yr anniversary is in July( the 5th)? Should we vacation in SD( where we were married) or CO( where we will move in the next year-hopefully)? Probably CO. i already looked into another whitewater rafting trip, sounds fun.
We are looking for a SUV to buy right now. Must haves: leather, DVD player(s), 7 seats, less than 60,000 miles, fold flat thid row( optional but preferred), if possible, enough trunck space once the third row is up too!
Cars that fit those parameters: QX56, Armada LE, GX470, Tahoe, Denali-Yukon, Navigator
Keep your eyes peeled for us!

Love to you all!

ONE Long week!

So we went up to UT last Sunday and about 3 hours into our road trip, Aria surprised us with a vomiting episode in her 4 hour old car seat cover, i just purchased. It seems a familiar circumstance yet again. Brielle did the same thing to me when she was about 20 months on the way up to visit my Sister in UT. We had just got the car seat as well. SO, aria puked in the same one just with a brand new cover on it. Oh and to add to that, she had the runs streaming down one leg. So we ( meaning myself and brave Uncle Brian Christian) had to pull over on the side on the freeway on the pass between st. george and cedar city. Strip Aria down, hose her off with a water bottle, clean the car seat as best as i could with pretically all the wipes i had brought for the trip and put her back into the car seat after changing her on the hood of the car. 3= hours after that we arrived safely at Aunt Peggy's home and i began cleaning and feeding my girls before bedtime. We had diiner at 9 an dthe girls went to sleep at 9:30, Way too late! Thankfully, Gma Betty had bathed them while i was frantically cleaning the car seat and clothes so dinner was peaceful and the night went well, since we all slept hard!

Monday morning we enjoyed delicious pancakes from scratch, went to one of my fav. stores, Naartjie, then to Ikea for lunch, then to gorgeous Wheeler farms to see all the animals and feed the geese and so forth. That afternoon, Aria threw up again at Peggy's house. Then she napped.
It's really wierd b/c she had no temp. and after the episode she would just go back to having fun.
We couldn't figure it out. That night Brian and Denise came over, we enjoyed dinner and rootbeer floats and lots of talking and looking at Brandon's old baby pics! Too cute. we found ones that look almost Identical to Aria!

On Tuesday, we went to Gma Thayne's funeral services and it was actually surprisingly really nice. I HATE FUNERALS! I NEVER look at the open casket. I like to remember people as i knew them, not remember them in a box. Those kind of pictures linger too long in my mind. So, i'd rather not put them there. I know Gma T is healthy and Happy in Spirit Paradise and she is in no pain. I guess funerals wig me out b/c it's about the physical body being buried. I prefer Memorials. This funeral was more like a Memorial. Many talked about about memories and secret gifts from Gma. It was like i got a second view at who she was.

When my physical body is to be rested into the earth, I want everyone to have a PARTY. A Memorial Party of Sorts! I wnat them to share the memories they had of me and be happy that I'm in a better place now. I don't want an open casket. I don't want a Funeral service. I just want my children and family to have a quite burial and then go and have a big CELEBRATION!
And after watching SEVEN POUNDS, i'll probably donate my organs. Why not right? Our Bodies will be made whole in the resurrection, so, why can't another person benefit from my healthy parts.

ON A LIGHTER NOTE:

I had a great Saturday strating my day off with a Pedicure and massage with my friend Melyna! Thanks so much Melyna! You are awesome! Then Brielle and i wen to Phoebe's Party( she turned 1) and Phoebe didn't want anything to do with her birthday cake.. Poor thing was crying when she got icing on her hands. Then I took senior Photos for Jensen and Ellen. Then Q and heidi and girls came over for a movie and BBQ and we had a lovely time. Church was great On Sunday and we spent dinner with Betty, Claire and Brian and man. Aria love her Uncle Bri!
It's too cute. She better love him too b/c He helped clean her up on th eside of the road last sunday! He's going to be a great DAD one day!

Oh Aria Puked 2 more times after that trip here in GV. The jury is still out on what it is. I say she has a slight allergy to some foods, Brandon thinks she's gagging her self with her fingers on accident or from Thumb sucking. Who knows. No throw up for 2 days now. Lets see how tomorrow turns out. Here's some pics i took of B and A today! ~C

Big Losses!

So, a bit of SAD news. I know it's not fun, but it has made me reflect a lot lately. First, 2 of my friends, Free and Melanie are moving far away. Mel is moving to SLC and Free is moving to Hawaii. It hit me today that i won't have these ladies and my fingertips anymore. I was calling Melanie and leaving a message on her phone and i broke down at the end. I am a wreck. I hope to see her when we visit UT, which isn't much anymore.

Melanie is one of those people who are genuinely nice and kind to everyone they meet. She is a great mom, super fit, loves her life and learns to deal with reality well. She has helped me become a better mom and is a motivating force behind why i stay fit. When i get in even better shape, i want to look like Melanie:) She is super talented and creative and I have tremendous respect for her and her family! Brielle will miss playing with Halie and Caleb on an almost Daily basis. She loves them heeps!

Free, is the kind of women who is so grounded that you just feel more at peace right when you walk up to her. Her energy is vibrant yet soothing and calm. She's taught me about essential oils and living the life that makes me happy. She reminds me to slow down and not to put too much on my plate. She let's me know when enough is enough and I love her sweet and motherly attributes. Brielle will miss India and I will miss our days of parks, beading, museum outings, and catch up lunches. Hawaii is so far. I hope to go there someday though. She will now keep us informed via Facebook.

Lastly, Great Grandma ( brandon's Grandma- Betty's Mom) Lorraine Thayne passed away around 2 pm today. She was a vivacious spirited lady to loved BYU sports and all her many ( over 40 ish +) grand and great grandkids. She always called me on my birthday when i became part of the family. I got to talk with her almost everytime we went up to UT. She had a LONG full life and I know she's Happier looking down on us, now that she's free from pain and surrounded by all her other family members in Heaven. She will always be with us in our hearts.

People are meant to be in our lives sometimes only for a small moment. Some stay in our lives for along time. Either way, we are supposed to learn something from every person we meet. It may be a characteristic, a lesson,a communication, or even we are meant to just connect through feelings of the Spirit for a moment. Our Earth Life is so short and we are to learn so much from/because of others. So, remember to be kind to everyone and to Listen and Learn from others. There's a purpose behind everyone we meet. Only Heaven knows beforehand but, if we are open- hearted enough, we just might be Ready to Meet Our Creator, when it's our turn to pass from this mortal state. I love you all. anyone who REALLY knows me, knows I mean that too. Thanks so much for being a part of my life, even if i knew you for a second. You've changed my life for the better!

Yep, today as i let her run around bottomless in our backyard (to help clear up a small rash) I realized...Hmmm, her legs and booty are JUST LIKE MINE! Just miniature. So, there you have it. Aria is me from the waist down!
Bubble butt and muscular legs. Sorry, future Aria as a teen, just work out and you'll be fine!Love you!

Still busy, getting help

So, this week went by with a flash of lightening. We did the gym routine, shopped at Target, Trader Joe's and so on. I started Training Alexis, my new help for when Susan moves or when i get overloaded with work. She's so sweet and is a new mom of a 1 month old. Good news- I MOVED FROM SIZE M TO SIZE S:) in my gym clothes a least. Still a size 6-7 depending on the brand:)

I took pics of her baby, Ginger and of Sara's Baby too, Kylie. I edited the Rollans family photos, as pictured, and made tons of hair clips and finished off more jewelry. My girls and i went to the Springs Preserve and played for a few hours last Tuesday.
It's been mighty windy here for the past few days but today it finally settled down. We had a great time at the Miller's home dying eggs, eating a nice lunch, letting the girls egg hunt and get some nice goodies from the family! We Love the Sanders and all extended family. thanks for being so wonderful and loving. You are eternally part of our Family forever b/c of Brielle:) We are so lucky!

My fav. part was watching Brielle and Aria dip their tiny hands and fingers into the perfect cups of dye and splash around( aria) or put the already dyed egg back into another dye( brielle) just b/c she likes the process. Aria danced a jig in a sweet barret ( the flatish hat thing) that Dawn brought back from Ireland for the girls. They love the lambs too! So Cute!

Brielle is going to love the hunt this year. Brandon and I are getting her a bike and Aria a Trike( that we can push too:) We like this cute 20 inch Trek bike in aqua blue with hibiscus flowers on it! Very cute! Aria will get a radio Flyer/ pushy thing but, in two years she'll get Brielle's sweet bike.
I am a younger sister and i didn't mind hand-me-downs. I sure hope she's good with them too. Everyone tells me she will start caring when she's like 8 or 9. till then, I'm buying Quality for Brielle so Aria can have a good product as well! LONG TERM thinking!

This week ahead: shooting a birthday boys' 1st b-day pics!, Senior pics, editing 2 boys senior pics and baby pics/ playing playdough with Brielle, making some more cute wipes cases anc burps. Making more bows and flowers, and gearing up for Easter!

Brielle understands WHO Jesus is, i just wonder if she will understand what He did for her and Us at such a young age. we will be talking about it a lot this week. She's such a great and smart girl.
She is going to be in Preschool this fall and is an early admission student! She's so bright, why make her wait. The kids will only be 4-8 months older than her. SHe already has teacher approval and will be attending the LDS Private school- American Heritage Academy! We are so excited for her.
Cute things she said this week:
" Mom, Home is where my heart is"

" Look, i see Jupiter, and there's baby Jupiter" ( just another bright star)

" Mom, we are in the air right now" I said no, we are on land on the earth. She said" the earth is in the sky" Yep, you are right. we've been talking a lot bout the universe and the moon lately!

"Mom, can i have a treat or should i just be sneaky and get one?"
-nipped that one in the butt!

" I'm just a little bitty kid, i can't clean very good"
Nice try again. 0% success rate with me

"I wanna go with you Daddy, cuz' you're a GOOD driver"
